Texas Shooting - What Happened to the Parents?

According to the washington examiner, those parents begged up to forty minutes for law enforcement to stop the texas shooter. One father was actually ays when he was trying to get his kid after he was put on a bus. A mother in hancuffs a father, she's masi, a father ta try to get his child. Couple things from that.
