The Role of Triglycerides in Atherosclerosis

I believe that it's not because HDL causes good stuff specifically and that triglycerides cause bad stuff specifically. I think that they're downstream like they're more reflection of how your metabolism is working than they are themselves causal agents. We have thousands in our Facebook group that are bona fide. They should, at a population level, be developing atherosclerosis quite rapidly. That's part of why I've been so motivated to try to get together a study to find out prospectively,. If we do see that they're developing rapid atherosclerosis, right? And so that's what we did.
