Rebel Leadership - A Deliberate Pause

When i wrote my very first book, a deliberate pause, which was focused on entrapenership and the entrapenerial mind set, i interviewed more than 220 people who weren't just entrapeners, but live in the intrpenereal universe. The overwhelming response back was one word: soul. And it was, for them, that sense of identity. If you don't have that sense of how to lead yourself, even even if it's just leading yourself to an idea or project or whatever it is, it's really hard to lead others to it. That's why i think it's so important.
