The Rule of Life
Prayer of recollection is recalling all your scattered self to yourself and calling them home. The prayer of quiet is not an empty stillness, it's a listening so you're copying the word of God. Union and communion I kind of put my hand on my heart to remember I've invited to my heart or he's coming to me. It takes an act of God to give that to you, I.E. being one with God, binding in God. You can position yourself for that. And it will happen.
