Sunak's Coming to the UK?

Rishi Sunak isn't the first person of South Asian descent to lead a European country. But in Britain, there's a greater symbolism to this, says Ravi Agrawal. For two centuries, or for the better part of two centuries, Britain dominated the Indian subcontinent. Much of the wealth that drove the industrial age in Britain was in part siphoned from India.
