Ukraine - Is There a Blank Check for Ukraine?

GOP House leader McCarthy said that if the Republicans take control of the House in November, there won't be a blank check anymore for Ukraine. The White House doesn't think that the GOP would completely stop funding but it would, the packages would be smaller and slower. What's at stake is not simply what's going on in Europe, which is enormous. This will reinforce his view as the time is on his side.
