A lot of the private developers are saying, okay, we're going to hold on our new developments. That's detrimental to them because they probably have staff that they're ready to put on a new project. And now that staff has nowhere to go for a year. The other issue is insurance. New York has the highest insurance when it comes to construction. I mean, exponentially higher than any else in the country.
