Bitcoin kiosk company CoinMe has agreed to pay $4 million to settle charges by the US Securities and Exchange Commission. MasterCard is bringing out a service designed to ensure transaction between users while it's legally compliant, beginning with transfers of digital assets between countries. PayPal will allow on-chain transfers from Venmo accounts starting in May.
