Community Start Ups?

I'm curious what is the correct vehicle for a small group of purposeful individuals. Is it start ups? Is it non profits? Is it some weird combination, you know, like, starting from zero? How does a group ofpurposeful people kind of boot strap this kind of thing into the world in a way that takes over? I think there's research aspects to what we do and sort of like policy, kind of think tanky aspects towhat we do. But im i do mostly see my operation as a business. Just being realistic about it. Yes.
