Clay: It seems like when monetary policy was so easy recently, just like it was in real estate, people were just taking risks. And now people are becoming more riskovers and that's why prices can fall so much faster relatively to real estate. Kathy: I wouldn't necessarily invest there, because i, i would need somebody to manage my stocks, because i don't have t time to study. But even with stocks going down, ah, we made money on the stock market a year ago - which is fun little gamble.

Does a stock market crash affect real estate? We’ve seen home prices hit record growth over the past two years, with a slight slowdown happening right now. But nothing in the real estate market compares to the stock market selloff that has happened over the past six months.
