Stand Up Desks - I'm Still Sober and Vertical

Sitting down for six or eight hours just really, it's not healthy for anybody. So i converted one of our our rooms in the house as my home office. I've got dual monitors mounted to the walls and in cabinets,. My brother in law built in and lighting. We were generalists for a very long time. A lot of agencies try to, we're going to work for everybody. And just like in the real marketing world, if you're working for anybody and everybody, then actually your marketing is never really focused. That's where i am right now. What i for two days and i haven't gone back.
