LZ Granderson: Are we at the peak? No, it's scary. You don't want to buy when you think it could be worse, right? LZ: What gets these institutions, these governments to get off the sidelines and move from cash back into treasuries? Well, as far as the central banks, I think they're backs to the wall, right? The foreign private accounts, it depends on when yields get attractive enough, right? Maybe when the dollar eases off because that's making hedging costs more expensive. It's all relative value.
