We'll Say No Until the Last Minute When We Say Yes

Vladimir Putin said today intends to strengthen Russia's nuclear forces days after he announced that Russia was suspending its participation in the last nuclear treaty between the United States and Moscow. President Biden has called that decision a big mistake and it comes as the president just pledged to send Ukraine another half billion dollars in military aid. Meanwhile, President Zelensky is pushing US and its allies to send them fighter jets. It's a request the White House has so far resisted and it's also requested that Ukraine has been making for months.
