Is There Evidence of Social Complexity in the German Period?
The german culture is fascinating to consider. We know that the joman people a that point in time were in contact with farming agricultural societies, and yet they did not adopt those kinds of practices. So we start to see organized permanent villages beginning to emerge. By around six thousand years ago, there is evidence of cemeteries, of sedentism, of large populations. And so one thing tha we might say is their cultural practices didn't need to change, and maybe there was no desire to change them.
