The Impossible Foods burger has a fermentation derived ingredient called he-manit which is the protein that you generally find and meat. There's now a number of startups who are developing that heme as a B2B ingredient here in Europe recently Paleo out of Belgium announced that they're creating multiple heme proteins. I think these types of B2B startups are going to be a game changer for creating better end products because the end products are only as good as the ingredients and the processing technology that we have.
