The Status of Africans in Tudor Society
Much of your work has focused on the status of those of african descent in tudor society. You challenged perhaps the assumption that africans in tudore society would have been designated as enslaved in the records. Don't place victorian ideas on a non victorian population. Decolonize and get rid of your own prejudices, which i had to do. And i now began to see them as human beings too.
