Crowd-Funding Is More Important Than the Dollar Value
The fund that was set up by the President, President Siyevsky, he has one called the United 24. There's a number of other celebrities that have become attached to the fund in one way or another. And so they raise money. Some of the oligarchs who were not very popular and were even seen some years ago as being kind of pro-Russian because they supported the party former President Janakovic used to represent.
