The False Claims of the Tests
I feel like it did and that it's a crime against humanity that they are still denying. But your opinion is based entirely upon your certainty that it does work. I haven't heard the people who ran the test say, yes, I know why you're asking the questions, but there's actually a good reason for it. Maybe it would be convincing. So for me, it's a big, I don't know. But I wouldn't rule it out.
