You can't develop any real traction toward career wellness when you're in that unhealthy cycle, right? You just keep looping back around. In order to build trust, I'm going to suggest that you do three things. One, feel into the unhealthy response; two, connect to something you deeply, deeply care about; and three, notice and celebrate the choice you just made.
