From the first year to the second year was a very different experience because the first year we were all there in that room. It's not about the glitz or the glamour. It's really just about the music and the musicians. A lot of really cool people there. Probably even more fun for a lot of reasons. Yeah. You know the music industry can be a pretty ruthless place. Yes it can be. And I think what we've tried to do is surround ourselves with people who really respect humanity and you know see beyond all that.
