How to Engage a Private Town Planner in New South Wales

The best part to engage would be from the very start when you're thinking about it, looking at getting quotes on how much this is going to cost. From straight on then we can see, okay, what's permissibility? What are we looking at doing at that site? How would we then lodge it to council? What plans we need and then looking, are we in a bushfire zone? Do we need an ecology flood prone? So getting them key stakeholders involved first rather than lodging to council and trying to figure it out from there where we go.
