If you got caught playing a hole-card in say Russia or Sri Lanka I would be pretty concerned about that. If the credits have been abandoned putting money in and playing and then cashing out is often okay. This happens a lot with small jackpots such as $0.36 where the minimum bet is $1 if you insert $100 you'll now see a balance of $100.36. But if there's a sizable amount of credits let's say $250 could be a lot more and you put money in and then cash it out there's a good chance that the person will try to get his or her money back. Some casinos will roll the tape to see who did this
