The Importance of Sleep

Good sleep is really really important for people's health. The more I read about this the more I feel like nobody really knows anything. You will read one doctor saying one thing and then find another study that contradicts it. But what's clear is good sleep, exercise,. sugar is horrible and you know vegetables are good pretty basic stuff. So yeah anyway that's that those are my thoughts.
