Are African Treasures Returned to Africa?
90% of African treasures and artifacts works of art are held outside the continent, according to a French government report. Do you believe in restitution that these works should be returned to their continent? I believe it's restitution. I believe not in total restitution. Certain works are universal and belong to humanity, not to Africa or to Europe or anybody else.
