You can burn your body fat as a fuel source, and you can go a long period of time without having a worrid about it. You need three to four eggs per meal; sometimes people do throe or three in the morning. One cup of ice cream would give you 22 grams of fatk,. Now, i personally a this is an ice cream that i'm developing right now. I'm experimenting right now, and it's not perfected. In fact, a couple of days ago, i had all my staff a consume so much  that half of the group had some digestive bloating. It was temporary but we're still gong to be perfecting this.
