Chartism and the Trades Union Movement?
Chartism is almost an umbrella movement. It wants the right to vote, equal electoral constituencies and so forth. But it's not universally appealing to trade unions who see it as a side issue. Chartists are concerned about improving life at work or improving their pay. So they're not really that interested in becoming involved in political campaigns.
