How to Negotiate a Hard Deal

Never let, never show your true intentions. I live by that. There's deals now, people hit me up late. You want to have a deal like not even going to tell you what I want it. Because I never know what you going to need later. Never go into a negotiation desperate. Just like a relationship, don't act brand new. Don't act desperate. This is the worst way because again, you never know who sees him. Get creative when needed, be creative on your offers. For me, everything's creative. There's nothing that's going to be really standard. If y'all haven't gotten your real estate license, get the education behind you.
