Nm two, and you guys have probably heard this ad nausea ray. Everyone talks about this all the time. I do it every single day for 5 to 7 minutes. Just meditate. You're kind of existing within the world without focus, without int without intention, without even, at times, knowing what you're doing. That's a little mind trick i play on myself.
