Is Starting Seeds Underrated?

I always kind of feel bad for apples when people talk shin on em, like red, delicious and stuff. I think i think starting seeds is underrated. It's really, really fun what that means. Just the process of a seed opening up. That pre bananatica bananas didn't really look like that. Same with a corn on the cob. And so all of the selective breeding, we keep making food we eat look like big dicks. There's something in our tr where we're like, i'm a yum.
