"The idea was to terrorize people till they coudnt get to a vaccine. I didn't know that but i've now been persuaded that that's what they were doing," he says. "It looks premeditated, like when you look at i thi god, they must have wanted this, cause it felt like they, they liked it rigt, didn't it?
