The vacancy rates in the cities is one percent. That means there is very little to rent. It also means if you are renting whoever owns that property is keenly aware of the fact that they could probably lift the rent considerably. So I'm just saying that it adds to the insecurity of renting this vacancy rate and that's indisputable, I think. All right. There is a question. This is an offshore question.
