Do We Need to Control 99 Point Nine % of the Brain?

i think we have a much better hope of writing in patterns that are co operating with the brain, instead of fighting it. So if you understand both what the low dimensional system is doing, and you understand the dynamics so that you can work with the system to push the state around... i'm thinking in analogy. I don't know if you've ever been to an event where a couple of, like, drunk people stand up and try to get the wave started, and then it dies out on their next door neighbor. Like, that's an example of a case where you a very sparse subset lets you know it's happening, but you actually need fair a critical massf of people standing
