Is Tenharg Not Fit?

Sam Tenharg doesn't think Wayne Rooney is up to the rigours of Premier League football. The former Ajax man says he needs a system built around him at Old Trafford. He also believes that if dropped into a decent Bundesliga club, 'he'd be brilliant' West Ham host Fulham in their next Premier League game on Sunday.
