(3:30) The term has gained traction since GLP-1s became more popular. "Counting culture" has also contributed—people seek ways to accommodate unhealthy foods. (5:00) They discuss popular snack foods, cravings, and weight gain. The best thing you can do is not bring those types of food into the house.
