The preferred curse is a kind of a neurosis leading, you know, to madness, writer in the extreme. It's also a great justification for not being sufficiently well recognized in one's life. But i'm very sceptical of of these, pertically nineteenth century, but even more modern, attempts to pinpoint genius and to study it scientifically. Think there's more going on there.
