For the last 200 years, britain's secret statecraft has largely been about queen victoria and queen elizabeth. Not only does she have royal spies around europe, she even has a spy inside cabinet. At one point o she was worried tha er that t whilst she was happily taking leaks from her side, she was very worried about leages going to another side. She also used the foreign secretary's wife, lady derby, of leaking secret to the russians. There's so much intrigue, discreet diplomacy, spying lea, and she's right in the thick of it. And quite frankly, she loves it.
