The Name of J. Bez
In the Old Testament, a person's name was much more significant than today. It could indicate what kind of character they would have and even predict their future. I think about a man in the Old Testament by the name of J. Bez. His name literally meant pain, suffering, trouble and heartache. In spite of his rough upbringing, he looked up to the heavens and said: "God, I'm asking that you would bless me indeed" He went on to say, not only bless me, but God enlarged my territory.
