Adaptation, Growth and the Production of Germ Cells

We are aware of feeling weak if we don't eat, and excretion in some way depends on eating. But exactly what goes on in nutrition does so without us sensing it. And this is also the case for the production of sperm and the maturation and release of eggs. These vegetative activities would not go on any better for us being aware of them.
