There's a certain method to the madness so to speak to put together that roster something that Cliff brings up that you have as a question. You do have to be willing to take and handle a significant down period but why don't you talk about Buffett and his alpha I think you really put together some significant insights where a lot of people say well hey hold on if Buffett's just a value investor why is he so much better than everyone else? That's one of the things they have to deal with this on a daily basis or a monthly basis whatever dealing with clients, understanding there could be down periods etc.
