Is It a Matter of Movement Retraining?
The human body adapts. We do work on thes squatting and in some of these of things much earlier. But there is an ment to say just, you know, right, up ie, do an elliptical, do whatever,. Just to maintain whatever fitness you want. And literally work on nothing but getting that quad back directly. So more open, connectic chain type things until it's restored. It's not a matter of e movement retraining. You at least have enough quadruceps that you can train retrain movement. Ah. I suppose to trying to train them with a new movement when they're not restored yet, they don't have the tools to the movement
