How to Simplify Your Business

In my opinion, having kind of over-complicated our business over the years and the last few years, just really simplified it. And we've significantly changed things like our fee structure, but it's no longer a big debate or it doesn't take out any time or space for us anymore. We think that's sort of an unacceptable way of trying to grow in terms of the assets that you bring on board. I think that's the most important thing, just simplify, streamline, move on.
