The Importance of Understanding Death
I like to think of it as the main universal unknown. We might have ideas about what happens based on our culture or our religion and upbringing, but we really don't fully know what happens. And then if we, what I do with people, just to get on the same page and wavelength is I always liken things to nature. So through that lens, begin thinking about our own impermanent. If we can get people back to that sort of core understanding of why we're here and who we are, they might be able to lessy, dear about death.
