Bitcoin Is Not Money, but Central Bank Digital Currency
The amendment was specifically inserted in response to governments of Central African Republic and El Salvador adopting Bitcoin as money. They felt that under the current definition, Bitcoin would totally be accepted and therefore it was in need of amending. The world will be at war by 2024 because China wants to go into Taiwan. Our CIA says they have issued an order to be prepared no later than 2025.
