The Premier League is launching a new 30 minute TV show that will explain refereeing good and they are in a hope to show how referees make decisions. Liverpool live all the bases doing what they did last year where suddenly I know where grab fourth I think if anyone is going to lose a champion league spot it's not going to be Luke Russell it is going to be once United yeah.
