Why Is This Happening?

This week on my podcast, wise is happening, i'll be talking with author and actavis courtney martin about segregation, schooling and parental choices. Police in memphis, tennessee have arrested a man after a shooting spree left four people dead and three others injured yesterday. The 19 year old suspect was taken into custody last night, hours after police sent out and alert warning people to stay inside while they searched the city.
