If this is the plan, then i think that's a poor plan. We're never going to see it. But when now we got that microscope that we can see right down to god's nose hair,. So i'm pretty excited. Sudenly, ant pysically being like a geosynchronous orbit with earth. The bubble rap thing would have to be the size of brazil. It would be up there for like 50 to 200 years and it would block you.
