Antibiotics for Pre-Peeprum Pregnancy
Patients with peeprum are admitted to the ward and usually stand hospital until they deliver. In patients that are known to be GBS negative or where there's access to immediate testing, then a rhythmise and orally alone normally at a dose of 250 milligrams QID is the antibiotic of choice. But essentially each hospital will have their own policy about antibiotic regime. So just check your own hospitals policy so you're doing the right thing for your site.
