Allan tells police that he had gone over to fix terrasetas t v, but for whatever reason, whether he didn't have the right tools or couldn't do it or whatever, he ended up leaving pretty soon after. So he came up with a plan to rob and kill her, just because he felt like it. He undressed her and staged the scene to make it look like a sexual assault. Then pulled the mattress from the bed and set it on fire in an effort to cover the whole thing up.
