There's not actually a lot of data to pull from. And as we're trying to develop products that actually fit user needs and user mental models, we were really starting from zero. So I started out with a qualitative round that was just super open ended because we didn't know what people knew. But then there are times when it's the opposite and we use quantitative to inform our qualitative round. An example of that is when we draw from full stories where you can record the screen as somebody's using your app or website.
