Plea offer and decision

Cassie Herring and Billy Fox were single parents to young children when they married and blended their families. In May 2001, tragedy struck when their infant son died. When Billy was charged with murder, the family drew closer to fight for justice. “48 Hours" Correspondent Susan Spencer reports.
